The Secretariat of Rise Creator Awards is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of participants.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the personal details you submit voluntarily (Name, Email, State, District, Date of Birth, Gender) along with the video, selfie image, or audio recording files you upload. We do not gather telemetry unless necessary for security.
2. How We Use Data
Your name is printed on your Certificate of Participation. Uploaded files are displayed in the approved gallery for community viewing. We do not sell, share, or lease your personal information with corporate third parties.
3. Data Security
We implement administrative and cryptographic procedures to safeguard files and account hashes stored in our server nodes. Cookies are encrypted and served exclusively via secure HTTP-Only channels.
4. Cookie Policy
We utilize a session cookie containing your signed JWT token to keep you authenticated inside the wizard and dashboard. These cookies do not perform cross-site tracking.
