Welcome to the RISE Creator Award. Celebrate creativity, storytelling, and innovation across multiple digital content formats. Showcase your talent and gain national recognition.
Award Categories
Participants can submit entries in one or more of the following categories. Each submission requires a separate application.
Best Short Film (₹4,50,000 Total)
For independent filmmakers & storytellers (1–20 mins). English & Tamil. Grand Prize: ₹3,00,000 | Silver: ₹1,00,000 | Bronze: ₹50,000.
Best Reel (7 Subcategories · ₹7,00,000 Total)
7 Subcategories (₹1,00,000 each: 1st ₹50k, 2nd ₹30k, 3rd ₹20k): College, Pet Parenting, Music, Dance, Fashion & Beauty, Drama, Others (15s to 3m).
Best Photo (Mobile) (₹1,00,000 Total)
A mobile-photography competition celebrating one frame, one story. 1st: ₹50,000 | 2nd: ₹30,000 | 3rd: ₹20,000.
Submission Steps
Choose Your Category
Select the category that best matches your creative work. You may participate in multiple categories by submitting a separate application and entry for each category.
Check Eligibility
Ensure you are the creator, the work is original, you own copyrights, and you agree to terms & conditions.
Prepare Your Entry
Gather required details like title, synopsis, duration, links (YouTube/Vimeo/Drive), and device information depending on the category.
Complete the Application
Fill in your personal information including Name, Mobile, Email, City, State, and Country.
Creator Information
Tell us about yourself including occupation, experience, social media links, and previous achievements.
Upload Your Entry
Upload your work or provide a publicly accessible submission link.
Review Your Submission
Verify that all information is complete, links are working, and correct categories are selected.
Submit Your Entry
Click Submit to receive your Submission Reference Number and Confirmation Email.
Evaluation Process
Every eligible submission undergoes a transparent evaluation process.
Stage 1 – Technical Screening
The organizing committee verifies:

- Technical quality
- Category suitability
Final Round
Top entries may be:
- Shortlisted
- Featured on RISE Creator Award platforms
- Invited for the Grand Finale
- Presented before the Jury Panel
